How do I measure my size?
Exchanges/Returns
We use standard sizes that can be correctly selected via our size guide. In case of a request to exchange, you may email us at hello@roze.in and ship it to our warehouse (S-500, Greater Kailash Part 1, New Delhi – 110048).
The exchange must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order. We do not exchange any International/Sale orders.
We accept exchanges if:
1. The product is damaged
2. In case there is a size issue. Where in, you would be allowed to exchange the same pair in a different size & in case of unavailability of the same, you could exchange for another pair with the same amount.

Return Policy
We do not accept any returns.
Domestic Standard Shipping is FREE.
However, you can opt for Express shipping (An extra charge)
Domestic shipments take about 5 working days to reach you
International Shipping
Shipping charges for international shipments are based on the weight of the shipment depending on the number of pairs ordered.
International shipments take about 10 working days to reach you.
No Exchange/Refund is applicable on international orders.
